Becky Frank is one of Oklahoma’s leaders – both in business circles and in civic affairs. She combines a strong business network and leadership consulting with public relations savvy. She joined the firm as partner and chief operating officer, was named president in 2000, served as chair and chief executive officer from 2006-2021, and currently serves as partner and chair.

She built her reputation by building community partnerships – first with Tulsa Area United Way and then with BOK Financial Corp., where she managed PR and community relations for a multi-state, multi-billion-dollar banking enterprise.

Today, Becky works closely with CEOs and executives, providing confidential executive coaching and counsel on everything from career and life planning, pre-retirement career planning, goal-setting, interpersonal skills and individual reputation management.

Community outreach remains one of Becky’s favorite PR disciplines. She has created and executed wide-sweeping plans for a variety of clients nationally including corporations, universities, nonprofits and faith-based organizations.
