Vice President

Anne Mannell is the Vice President at Schnake Turnbo Frank’s Tulsa office.

Anne’s background is primarily in the fields of non-profit fundraising and management. She brings extensive experience in capital and annual fundraising, strategic decision-making and planning, marketing, public relations, leadership, and project and operations management to the firm. Anne is a focused and driven strategist with expertise in non-profit fundraising and business development.

Before her time at Schnake, she was a founding board member and the Director of Organizational Development at Tulsa Children’s Museum where she played a critical role in the planning, construction, and the projection and scaling of operations of Discovery Lab in the Gathering Place Park – along with developing the strategy and executing the campaign to raise $55 million for the project. She relies on every aspect of her professional experience – capital growth, business and resource development, community relations, strategic planning – in her work here at the firm.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in political science and international relations from Creighton University; Completion of business certificate from Creighton School of Business

Community Involvement: Anne has served the Tulsa community through Tulsa Public Schools Bond Development Committee, Tulsa Regional Chamber One Voice Member, Leadership Tulsa, and Tulsa Children’s Museum Founding Board Member

Passions: spending time with family, playing tennis, and traveling
