Jill joins the firm as an associate, bringing with her a wealth of experience from a 30-year career in development and operational leadership in the nonprofit sector. Her journey spans roles with notable organizations like the Boy Scouts of America, Meals on Wheels of Metro Tulsa, Texas Christian University, and John Brown University.
Throughout her tenure, Jill has consistently showcased her commitment to mission-centered impacts. Some of her significant roles include: Chief Operating Officer & Director of Development, Boys Scouts of America, Interim President and CEO, Meals on Wheels of Metro Tulsa, Development Director, Texas Christian University, Director of Student Activities, John Brown University.
Jill is a firm believer in setting clear goals and strategies, which she considers essential for scaling challenges, maximizing impact, and capacity building. Jill’s dedication has assisted to the successful completion of multiple capital and endowment improvement campaigns, leading to the realization of 33 million in capital projects and 18 million in operational supported ventures. Two projects under her guidance were the Donald W. Reynolds Scout Service Center in Tulsa and the Meals on Wheels Hardesty Center in Tulsa.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Communication from John Brown University.
Community Involvement: Jill is an active community member. Currently, she volunteers with NewView Oklahoma. Additionally, she has previously made significant contributions as a regional leadership conference steering committee member with the Boy Scouts of America and served as the President of both the Kiwanis Club of Tulsa and its Foundation.
Passions: Spending quality time with her family and friends. She also loves traveling and is committed to health and wellness.
