Peyton Nees joined the Schnake Turnbo Frank team in spring 2021 as an intern.
Before starting at STF, she gained public relations experience through internships with the Oklahoma State Senate Communication Division, the University of Oklahoma Office of Student Affairs, and with Campaign Advocacy Management Professionals.
During her time at the University of Oklahoma, Peyton has invested in multiple student organizations. She was a member of the President’s Leadership Class, the Vice Chair of Leadership for the Leadership Education and Development (LEAD) Team, and a member of the Asian American Student Association. Peyton is a member of the Public Relations Student Society of America and a David A. Burr Scholar.
Education: Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in public relations from the University of Oklahoma with minors in political science and history.
Community Involvement: Oklahoma City Kids Korral volunteer, Loveworks Leadership after school program, Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA)
Passions: Musical theater, hot tea, thriller novels and spending time with family
