Girl Scouts of Eastern Oklahoma - Chief Financial Officer

Girl Scouts of Eastern Oklahoma is searching for a Chief Financial Officer to serve as the top finance position for the council. The CFO is responsible for directing the fiscal function of the council in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and regulations, providing financial guidance and advice to both the CEO and board of directors by recommending actions and alternatives consistent with council financial policy. The CFO will develop and maintain council-wide budgeting, financial planning, control, accounting, forecasting and reporting policies and practices. This role is also responsible for all council-shared services including information technology, print shop, retail, and the product sales program.

INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

STF offers paid internships in both our Oklahoma City and Tulsa offices during the spring, summer and fall semesters. We treat our interns as valuable part-time employees, fully integrating them into the public relations, nonprofit, DEI and leadership development process. Interns help our account teams with research, brainstorming, project planning, client meetings and more for a variety of clients. In addition they have opportunities to participate in client trainings, meet members of the media, and develop professional skills.
